Look at these little peepers. They are the first chickens we ever raised, exactly 5 years ago today. Little fluffballs that were the start of something pretty big. Over the past 5 years we've gone on to raise hundreds more--431 to be precise. Countless eggs, thousands of pounds of meat, and PLENTY of fertilizer for the land and compost piles. Quite a journey. . . .
